How the services fit together
Water damage usually moves through the same stages. Water is stopped and removed, the structure is dried, wet or contaminated materials are cleaned and taken out and the home is repaired. Mold work sits beside those stages when moisture has already caused growth.
Pick the page that matches where you are today. If water is still on the floor, start with emergency water removal. If the water is gone but the wall is damp, start with water mitigation. If everything is dry and damaged, start with water damage repair.
Water damage repair
The rebuild after drying: drywall, insulation, flooring, trim and paint. Read about water damage repair if you have a stain, a sagging ceiling, cupped hardwood or a swollen baseboard that needs to be fixed.
Water mitigation
The first 24 to 72 hours, with moisture mapping and structural drying. Our emergency water mitigation page covers what a crew does and what equipment is used, and it is the right page if a wall or ceiling is wet and you are not sure what to call it.
Water damage cleanup
Wet debris out, surfaces sanitized, odor controlled. Emergency water damage cleanup explains which materials are kept and which come out, based on the water category.
Emergency water removal
Extraction of standing water from burst pipes, failed appliances and overflows. If the water is on the floor now, go to emergency water removal and call the 24/7 line.
Flood damage restoration
Storm runoff, groundwater and sewage need stricter safety steps and more removal. Our flood damage restoration page covers lower-level flooding and sewage backup.
Mold remediation
Secondary to water work, but important. Mold remediation explains containment, removal, testing and clearance, and why the moisture source has to be fixed first.

☎ (949) 670-0939What we do not do
We do not repair plumbing, waterproof foundations or restore fire damage. If the source of your water is a pipe that needs to be replaced, a plumber handles that. If water enters because of a foundation or grading problem, a waterproofing or foundation specialist can help. We work on the damage that water leaves behind.
Where we work
We serve Aliso Viejo and nearby Orange County cities. See the pages for Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Laguna Beach and Lake Forest, or visit the service area page for the full list.
Which page should I read first?
| What you see | What it usually means | Start here |
|---|---|---|
| Water on the floor right now | Active leak, failed appliance or overflow | Emergency water removal |
| Wet wall, ceiling or carpet with no standing water | Water has soaked in and must be dried | Water mitigation |
| Everything is dry but damaged | Materials lost strength or finish | Water damage repair |
| Dirty water, sewage or storm runoff | Category 2 or 3 water with stricter handling | Flood damage restoration |
| Dark spots on a wall or in a closet | Moisture has fed mold growth | Mold remediation |
This is a guide, not a diagnosis. The dispatcher can sort it out in one call.

☎ (949) 670-0939What every service includes
Each service begins with a phone call and safety steps, then a technician assessment with moisture readings, then a scope and price explanation before work starts. Photos, readings and a written scope are kept so you can share them with an insurer, a landlord or an HOA. We use plain words for equipment, such as air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters and extraction units, so you know what is running in your home and why.
Water damage rarely fits one box. A burst pipe may begin as emergency water removal, continue as water mitigation and end as water damage repair. A flood may add cleanup and a mold check. We describe the stages on each page so you can follow the job and ask good questions.
How pricing is explained
We do not publish prices, because every loss is different. We explain scope and price before work starts, and the main drivers are the water category, the area affected, the materials involved, drying time and rebuild scope. The California Department of Insurance says to report damage to your insurance agent to start a claim, so ask your insurer how your policy handles the cause of the damage.
